any one know about yellow fugus?????

I got one of my beardies from someone who took him in from someone who was not taking care of him. they were not using the correct balbs so it dwarfed him but he is three years old now and as been an awesome healthy lizard since I have had him. last week he seemed really bloded and didnt seem right so I took him to the vet. i thought he might have had a bacterial infection so I got him on meds to deworm him like I do with all of mine. after a few days of it he started acting weirder and was not eating as well and hidding way more than usual. Then he developed a weird spot on his head half is really dark and the other light. so the only thing that i can find that seems like that is yellow fungus but it is not really yellow. I am taking him to the vet again tomorrow but i dont know what else to do. I am afraid that he might have contaminated my other lizards. If anyone has exsperiance with this please help me out. I want to help him before its so late. thankss

The easiest initially would be to post a picture for us so we can see the spots you are referring to.
Has he been on any medications lately for anything?
