Another rescue. How could I say no to this?

Went in on monday and saw four gorgeous little four week old dragons, all with tail nips and toes missing, but other than that super lively.
Told the rescue centre owner that I wouldnt take another rescue in right now.
Went home.
By thursday I had the new tank delivered :lol:

I stood there for an hour on friday trying to choose between them all.
In the end one scurried up to his brother looked at him dead in the face... then licked his eye.
That little monster was mine!

So say hai to bearded dragon.org Miso.

He's much more olivey yellow in the flesh, alas im stuck with just a phone camera at the moment so everything looks much darker.
The rescue centre believes he/she is a citrus morph.
Any one have any ideas?
Id love to know what I might expect ^_^

I call this rock basktopia!

My one shock to the system has not only been having a baby, but having a dragon with both front legs!
My god they climb. CLIMB!!!
I turned around to see this...

Miso's first bath.
He was very good in his little hot tub, he drank and then wiggled around a little before deciding my jumper looked better than the water.

And last but not least...
Not only a pancake... but a sexy leg and pancake combo!

I havent let Ruben see Miso yet, but he has figured out something is wrong because he isnt getting my undivided attention so has spent the day bearding at me until I stroke him and tell him what a hansome boy he is.
Talk about high maintainance :roll:

Haha!!! I love that pic of him on the lighting - but look how tiny he is next to that tube light lol! He has obviously been scheming with my Kazi - Kazi's first night at home, I found him sleeping hanging from the clamp lamp and since them hes had an obsession with the uv bulbs!!! I only hope, Miso doesnt give you quite so many panic attacks as Kazi has given me! lol!

Check out my two babies, he def looks like my Gemini, green/yellow. I got him from California Citrus Dragons, and is indeed a citrus. Jeff Crinder raises these, perhaps he can give you some insight.

My partner said "No more Holly! I mean it!" when I brought Miso home.
Having a baby in the house obviously has had its affect because last night he said....
"so is that tank big enough for Miso when he's all grown up?"
"Yeah baby its a 55gal it'll be fine" (thinking I was going to get told off for spending money)
"Oh.... but I mean we could always buy Miso a 120gal like Ruben when he's older."
"errr...ok that would be nice."
"So we'd have Miso's tank free....... Free enough to get another baby?"

Gina, I wish that were the case in my house.

We are in the process of fixing up an enclosure we got off craigslist. So my husband says to me the other day "Once we move Rex into this enclosure what are you going to do with the old one?" This is me :roll: He then says " Oh, I know what you're up to. You're thinking about getting another bearded dragon, aren't you?" This is me :roll: He then says "We're getting a dog before we get another bd!!!" This is my reply "You show me a dog that doesn't shed,doesn't need to be walked and that can bathe,drink water and poop all at the same time and I'll be the first one in line to get it for you!!!" This is my husband :shock:
