Another Megaray issue?

Hey all.....so we bought Skooter a bigger enclosure so that we could use the Megaray for her and hopefully help her grow. After being on back order for a month I finally received the light and have had it on her for a little less than a week. So this morning I happen to notice that she is not opening her eyes. She used to bask and sometime close her eyes but it was like she was sunbathing (lol) with the old bulb. But now she even keeps her eyes closed when I pick her up which is not normal. She is usally very curious and looking all over. Do you think this could be from the bulb? I assumed that Megaray had their issues under control and so they were sending out bulbs again but this has me very concerned. Opinions please......

All megarays bought directly from reptileuv should be just fine.
Which megaray are you using? what's the distance between your beardie's head and the bulb?

I have the same exact issues. I waited 2 months for my bulb and got it directly from reptileuv and they are horrible. Within 3 days my beardie had his eyes closesdand wont open them at all. i take the bulb out give it a day or two and he is fine. I suggest taking out the bulb and never using megaray. i see people who swear by them but not me. Twice now i have delt a bad situation> and i know its not the distance cause the bulb is 18 inches from ground total and still to many issues.
