ANOTHER brumation question

Crixus is 1 year next week and am wondering if any1 has had a beardie that young go into brumation..... also, is there another "form" of brumation that is less severe that doesn't completely knock out their appetites?? I'm asking because although I'm aware that they do slow down quite a bit on their live feeders and it has happened bit by bit over time I still want to be prepared as this less eating/less pooping trend has started once it started to get colder here.. I am north of Boston so it is cold already.. maybe 50 degrees today and high 30's overnight and already using her night heating as it's right on the cusp of the 65 degree mark in my home overnights right now.. TIA all that will give me any advice/reassurance..

My Simon will be a year old in January and sliwly went into brumation starting mid to end of Septemver and stopped eating completely 2-3 weeks ago. I miss holding him, but it's been super cheap on food! I do make it a habit to tough him a couple times a day while he is awake and he seems to welcome my touch. His hide is 85 degrees inside and 100 on top if his hide.
