An introduction and some Questions.

Hi everybody My name is Zio Drago that means Uncle Dragon in Italian.
I am so excited to get my Beardie in a few months! I am practically bouncing.
I am going to Name him Reptar or her Fancy nancy.
I am thinking of getting ONE from either DragonsNest, LLLreptile, or just saving one from Petco. I really like the Leatherbacks! (if you have somewhere else that you got one please suggest it! )
I am not getting them now because I am custom building a Melamine cage!
I will use Slate tile for Substrate. (if you have a better solution or a problem with tile please share! :mrgreen: )
I am not doing sliding doors. Instead I am using cabinet like doors so that I can show off My wood carving/staining awesomeness.
I have a Leo named Pinkalicious!
I am currently studying to become a Marine biologist.

And thats Me hope to get to know you guys! If you have any advice or Ideas please share. the things in the () I would really like your opinion on Thank you!

Carolina Classic Dragons
Fire and Ice Dragons

Both of those are great breeders that produce some great dragons. Seeing as your not in a hurry, you can get on Fire and Ice and pre order from a clutch! They have citrus leatherbacks still available that always end up gorgeous!

Thank you both for the replies! Fire and Ice dragons had some really pretty ones. I haven't started my cage, because we have no garage and 2 feet of snow right now. :mrgreen: but when I start I will take pics of the whole project and put it on here.

Definitely post some pics once you start your new viv!

Also, just a tip when you get to working on decorating it. Try to find you some 3-4" thick sheets of styrofoam. You can carve and shape your own rock background out of this and create your own ledges and stairs and what not. This is what I do when i do a custom set up (i build custom vivs)
