Always on the cold side

So Tiamat normally spends the majority of the day laying on his log on the cold side of the viv. I use an Acurite temp sensor, temps are about 90-100 degrees. When I pick him up, he's cold to the touch. When I put him back into the viv, I put him under the basking light, he'll sit there for a few minutes, then move to the cold side. Been doing this about a month or so.

Where are you putting the probe at?

95-110 degrees fahrenheit should be ur basking spot, cold side should be 85 to 88 degrees fahrenheit

Mine does exactly the same :/ Started about 3 months ago...
temps are good... good thermometer.

I took the thermometor out and then put it back to reset it and it got up to 108.7 f.I'll try a lower wattage bulb. Maybe he just doesn't like it hot.
