I have two female beardies, both in seperate cages. Bella, the smaller one(about 14 inches or so. Not full grown yet.) has been acting differently recently. Crupi, the other one, like 18 inches, eating like a PIG and very active has not had many problems. I will be done with a 4x2x2 this weekend and will be building another viv the same size to go on top. As of now they are both in 20 long vivs with repticarpet, 24inch reptisun 10.0 bulbs, and a basking spot side of 106 or so on the rocks taken with a temp gun from reptileuv.com. The cold side is about 80. Recently Bella has been on the cold side on her hammock, which is close to the reptisun, and a small 25 watt incandescent bulb. She has been darker more, and hanging out there or under her ramp on the warm side. She does bask a little when I put her up there, then retreats to the cold side or under one of her hides. She just stays there. This has happened since it started to get colder here especially in the night. I had to install a heat emitter to keep night temps around 70. I am feeding them Phoenix worms regularly, Hornworms regularly, Butterworms (they LOVE em), and waxworms sparingly. I also offer a salad of mustard greens, kale, squash, carrots, and zuchinni daily. They both eat some, but not a ton. Anyways, Bella has been acting differently. She seems like she just wants to sleep or chill really, hasnt been very active at all. I dont know what to do in determining if there is a problem or if she is just slowing down because of the colder temps outside. Kind of like her biological clock. Like I said, she isnt full grown. I am not sure of her age but she isnt that large.
Here is a pretty recent pic of her. This is like 2 months ago when she was active, she is a little bigger than this now, but not much.
She is the one in the foreground.

Here is a photo I just snapped of her like 5 minutes ago, under her basking spot.

I am wondering what I should do next. Thank you!!

I just gave her a bath and she let out a pretty large poop. She seems to be a little more active now... Hopefully that was the trick. I just got a new shipment of worms in. I think the butterworms may have stimulated her appetite a little bit... Something new ya know... Anyways, I am still not sure.

Im not an expert in beardie care being a new owner myself but it sounds like brumation, if shes eating a little bit and seems otherwise fine I wouldnt worry too much. Although if your worried about her i'd ask other members because as I said im not an expert (or even near to!)

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
