Well, I live in FL... And we can not have the Dubia Roaches here. Are there a alternative? Lol

I HATE Roaches, But the Crickets Stink! haha He also eats Pheonix worms.. Which I am worried will turn into flies.. So.. Oiy.. Any suggestions? Could he be ok on pheonix worms and No Crickets or Roaches?!

My boy is roughly 5mo old, But I really do not know cause he is from a pet store .. But he is roughly 12inch long last time I measured him.

PW's are a fine staple. But of course, it's good to also have other bugs in the diet. A varied diet makes a healthy dragon.

Other choices would be silkworms, butterworms, and hornworms. If your dragon is over 16 inches you can also add in a few superworms.

Yup. All the insects I listed are good staples minus the superworms and hornworms. They both can be fed but they shouldn't be the meat and potatoes of the diet, if you know what I'm saying.

As for roaches, you should be able to do discoids or maybe lobsters in FL. Discoids are like dubias more or less. Lobsters can climb glass and plastic though. Worms are good too but be prepared to spend a good chunk more for them. And there is no way to breed butterworms since they are irradiated before importation. You can breed silks and hornworms though but it's a lot more work than roaches.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
