almost 100F tomorrow...could use some advice

So as my title says its gonna b almost 100F tomorrow. I live in a 2nd floor apartment with no a/c. I have fans but by the time afternoon hits they aren't really blowing cool air.

I know bear dies need their lights for growth and digestion but I get concerned that will get too hot for them. I also know a lot of us here in the US are going through this heatwave.

Should I just keep their lights very low all day or shut them off in intravals throughout the day?

Any advice will be appreciated.
