Has any one used alfalfa meal (small pellets) as a substrate in their cage?
I am currently using it and want to make sure there aren't any issues. The pellets are really small and made only of pressed alfalfa. I choose this because Ash likes to sample his environment and alfalfa is one of the staples he can eat all the time.
I just want to make sure it will be okay.
