Adult Bearded Dragon Viv?

Would a vivarium with the dimensions 36"x18"x18" be large enough for an adult bearded dragon? Our Spyro is only 4 months old, so I'm sure it's big enough for him now, but if we're gonna invest in a tank that's $200 we'd like to get one he'll be able to live in comfortably forever. Lol.

I'm curious too! Ours is about 4 months and I just got a 50
Gallon (for $25 from a friend) that's 36x18x18. I'm trying to find a screen for it but if he will outgrow it I might just get a bigger one already with a screen.

Hi,
36x18x18 is the recommended minimum for an adult beardie and I know loads of people on this site have tanks that size and their beardies are happy and healthy. My personal preference is for a larger tank and I'm in the process of upgrading from my tiny 20 gallon tank to a 4x2x2 (having finally organised a space large enough in my house to put it!) but I don't think you *need* a tank that size.

If you have a budget of about $200 then PetSmart currently have a 75 gallon aquarium on deal for $175 which measures 48x18x21. I think it comes with a hood for a UV light too
