Adenovirus testing questions

plan on getting a Beardie soon and i've been reading that some breeders don't test for it so i wanted to know approximately how much it would cost to test for it (so i know how much extra i need to save) and what type of test to request for the most accuracy and possibly the best place to get said test (or will just any good herp vet do?)

Sure. You can sign up at my site for testing. It is the PCR test so very accurate.
I go through a lab in Dallas, TX. The test is $18 to the lab & $1 to me for my swab costs.

I just found this page while searching for ways to test my baby beardie for adenovirus. This is awesome, and so much more affordable than the usual $100+. Baby Darl seems really healthy but I just want to know. Thanks!
