With everyone saying not to use sand i added tiles but kept some sand. Is this ok or should i just get rid of all the sand. I kept that sand because at night he likes to lay under the log on top of where the heating pad is located

Well I'm not necessarily an expert but I think the main concern with sand is that it will be ingested when catching their dinner. With this set up I would think that most of the hunting would occur in the tiled area so the chance of ingestion is pretty low.

Besides it looks AWESOME! I really like it :)

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
