Active but not eating

First off I've been lurking and reading these forums for over a year and have gotten so much help on setting up the terrarium, getting the right lighting, not rushing her to the vet thinking she had tail rot (just darker tail tip) and building my own from an old desk. So just wanted to say thank you to everyone here!
My query is this: my beardie (Lettie) is almost 1 year old and acting oddly. This winter she appeared to be brumating. I know they don't usually do this when they are under a year old but all her temps checked out with the recommended ones in the care sheet. She stopped eating and kept trying to hide from the light and slept all the time. That was for about 2-3 months and she was offered food, bathed, etc during this. Currently Lettie is suddenly very active but still not really eating. I had been offering dubia roaches and she hadn't touched those or the greens but ate 13 crickets when offered those one day. Since then she is basking and generally running around the house but still not eating. She will also blackbeard on us when she is left in the terrarium and glass surfs but when we get her out she gets happy again. She drinks water regularly and doesn't appear underweight. So I'm running out of ideas! If she isn't eating then I can't give her calcium/multivitamins and I worry about MDB. Hopefully someone can give me some insight before I try to find a vet...
Thxs! Em

TLDR: done brumating but still not eating and gets agitated

Glass surfing and NO digging? Correct? If everything is correct in the tank and your UVB is up to date w/ the bulb not expired temps are good and you have checked to make sure the bulb is putting out ample heat then it could be just spring fever and she has gone off her food - its good she has eaten a little --- the black bearding could be a hormone thing --- and its good shes not losing weight that would be a red flag --- what size tank do you have her in? It sounds like she is let out often and may have gotten spoiled by being out and has enjoyed the freedom--- I would get a weight on her tho and keep an eye on it so you know if she is losing weight ---- sometimes we cant tell till its really noticeable -- is she eating salads ?

Thank you so much for your help! It doesn't appear she's digging but she doesn't have loose substrate so can't be 100% certain. Are you thinking maybe eggs if she is? Is she too young for that? I will have to get a scale to weigh her...do you use a food scale? lol She is in a 40 gal tank right now at my gf's. I know it's a little too small for her but her real terrarium that I made from an old cabinet is what she is usually in. I will check that her light isn't expired; didn't even think of that. Not eating salads either right now. Just licks the crickets and the veggies then wanders off.

Its possible w/ the eggs thats why I asked--- you have her at your GF's why? Your UVB is a tube I am guessing - the T5's need to be changed out every year I would go a month earlier and the T 8's every 6 months and go a month earlier -- the frantic behavior w/ the digging would possibly mean eggs --- but then again its a guessing game w/ them as well --- we haft to figure it out -- and yes use a food scale and weigh in grams --- you want to make sure shes not losing weight and see if you can feel for eggs ---

I originally dropped her off at the GF's a couple hours away for a few days having to travel for work then the quarantine came into affect. Actually worked out for the best since I've been working EMS/Sheriff office and don't have much time for taking care of her. I'll have to check on the egg thing and look up other posts about digging boxes/laying eggs. I like the idea about ordering the new tubes a month earlier than needed...gives me a month buffer to remember!

You can use a plastic tote for laying
LAYBOX
potting soil that doesn't have any type of
chemicals or fertilizers in it, mixed with ply sand, etc. Be sure it is at least 10-12 inches deep & that
the mix is damp enough to where it will hold up to her making a burrow but not sopping wet to
have standing water. you can use this or if you find other stuff on line or other suggestions as well

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
