Acting Oddly

My girls Saphira has been acting oddly the past few days. She's 2yrs old
She has been running around the tank way more than usual and pooing daily which for her is odd and some times the poo is all liquid with a little urate. She is eating a little but not much.
She's also been turning her chin black.
Nothing has changed at our house or in her tank temps are consistent in the 90's during the day. I know that 90 maybe considered low but she seems to like it that way, anytime I get the temps higher than that all she does is hide.

She seems agitated and I don't know what to do to help her relax.

My male does this from time to time. Its usually followed with not having gone for a while though, but this is def a normal regime for him.

My male eats little (and I mean little). Hes all about the superworms and crickets from time to time, but refuses to eat any kind of vegetable.

He will wait to go to the bathroom for weeks (goes about once a month) and then it is followed by 3-5 days of pooping very little with some urate thereafter, running around the cage like a lunatic for hours and days until he goes each day. During this time, I don't even bother trying to hold, bathe, or feed him because he so strung up in that state of mind.

-shakes head- I have no idea what to do with him, or for your sake. Im sorry. I have a similar problem. So... BUMP.
