A gathering of pics of the kiddos

I was going through some of my pictures, and wanted to share some pics of the kids. I'm sure some of these have been posted here before, I don't know which.
First is Ig Monster. She is a 9 year old female Green Iguana. She was rescued by us 8 years ago.

This is Brain, a 6 year old male Green Iguana, he was rescued 4 years ago.

Here is his habitat, all gussied up for halloween.

Grumpy, my handsome man. He is 4 years old. We rescued him 2 years ago.

This is Chevelle, a 2.5 year old female.

Here is a picture of the three beardies, when our old man Toad was still with us. Chevelle on top as a hatchling, Grumpy in the middle and Toad on the bottom:

Gimpo, his age is unknown, he is a Leopard Gecko, and he came into our rescue 2 years ago, we adopted him out, then he came back in worse shape. He has been in several bad homes and is special needs, so we are keeping him in the family. I fell for that cute face! I couldn't help it!

Here is Squishy, the cutest tortoise in the world! She was rescued 9 months ago and she is an African Spur-thighed Tortoise. Her age is unknown.

And here is her habitat that we built for her under the pool table.

Oh WOW!!! You have gorgeous babies!!!
I've been trying to talk my OH into letting me have another beardie, your pool table has given me an idea.........i think i may remove the bottom of the sofa :wink:

Ig Monster has some anxiety issues when it comes to thunder storms. She freaks out, paces back and forth in her habitat, gets really stressed. One day a big storm hit us (about a year and a half ago), and both Ron and I were at work, so we weren't home to close her blinds and window in her room. We got home to find her on the bottom of her habitat, and her tail broken. We took her to the vet, and because of her age, it probobly wouldn't heal, so he recommended amputation. We gave her a couple weeks to see if she tried to heal, but nothing. The bottom of her tail actually started to rot off, and the fall caused nerve damage keeping her from dropping it. So she had to have surgery and have it amputated. Here it is broken (poor baby)

In this pic you can see right where the tail hits the floor is where it is broken.

That is so sad Will she always have severe anxiety? I didn't really know reptiles were like that! Sorry for the questions!

I think that she will always have issues with thunder storms. She lived 8 years of her life in california where we did not get a lot of storms, when we moved to texas she didn't know what was going on! We get thunder storms constantly now! I hope that in time she will be able to sleep through one! She is less anxious now (it has been 2 1/2 years). She still paces and turns dark, but she is much better than she was when we first came out here.
