5 month old tested negative for coccidia and pinworms

I got the results back recently and although i'm happy he's negative i'm confused on whats going on.He's very lethargic kinda just basks all day or is near the warm side with his eyes closed (Droopy like).Appetite is non existent, I have had to force feed him all bugs just so he does not loose any weight. I'm giving him oral calcium daily and a multivitamin supplement 3 times a week as given to me by a vet for 3 weeks now . My concern is he has seemed to have gotten worse since the vet visit 3 weeks prior. His pooping is daily and looks normal to me so no impaction. He is about 50-55 grams and nearing 9 inches. Is that a normal weight and size distribution for his age? He is gaining weight but only because i'm forcing him to eat. Basking temps are about 100-115 depending on where he is on the log. 70-75 on the cool side and warm side is about 80-90 degrees. I was thinking about getting him some probiotic or critical care to help boost an appetite.

Basking light is an exo terra 100 uvb...
