40 gallon breeder

I know it is considered to be the bare minimum but is it in anyway bad for the growth of a beardie? My chomper is almost 4 months old and is already about 13 1/2 inches tip to tail. A 40 g breeder would be the easiest for me to find a place to put it as it would fit in the space my 29 g takes. Any input would be much appreciated.

This is what I use. I don't think it stunts their growth at all. Lilly is 18" at 6 months. She was 13.5" when I got her at 6 months and until about a month ago, she was in a smaller tank. I didn't have a safe place to keep a tank any larger than 40g breeder, so it had to be. She has plenty of room to move around (she has a stick to climb onto a second level). Plus, this is the biggest that will fit in my car and since I travel some, I have to be able to move Lilly.

Thanks for the reply. I just don't want to get a cage that she cannot move around in comfortably.
