3 month old thinking finger is food

yesterday i gave vivi fresh water and she came running to me in her cage licking my thumb acting like she was wanting to bite. just now i gave her fresh water and she licked my thumb again then bit my index finger. hope this doesnt become a habit

If she's doing a lot of tongue flicking while running to your hand,
then it sounds to me like she's hungry, not aggressive.

That's the exact same behavior Rico used to do when he was little.
He was really, really, food excited and would come running, flicking
his tongue out a lot whenever he thought he might be getting fed.

He eventually outgrew it. Also I started making sure to use tongs to
drop his food to him rather than my fingers. Now he associates the tongs
with food instead of my hand.

any clue how long unti vivi will out grow this habit

vivi is getting my fingers mixed up with food, from hand feeding x.x dang it she bit me while trying to get her out

How many times a day are you offering her feeders? Do you offer her all she wants each feeding in about a 10 to 15 min time frame each time? What greens/veggies are you offering her? Does she eat them?

Have you been hand feeding her since you've had her?
