3 days no poop, should I worry?

Puffy has gone 1 1/2 days without pooping before, but never 3 days since I got her on June 5th. Bathed her yesterday and a long soak tonight with belly massage, but still no luck. She's on paper towels so it's not a substrate issue. Her appetite has been not as good for the past several weeks and she's being treated with liquid calcium for MBD. She's alert and active in the morning, but sleepy in the afternoons (not sure if that's the MBD or semi-brumation). She's been eating phoenix worms as a staple and since she quit eating her salad and quit eating as many worms as she used to, I've been supplementing the last several days with baby food (chicken, sweet potatoes, and green beans).

I've heard some people give them a couple of drops of mineral or vegetable oil before a bath? I'd try that if it's safe, but tomorrow is going on day 4 and I'm wondering if I should just take her to the vet or if I'm freaking out too much. And should I continue to feed her if she's not pooping? She ate more worms than she usually does lately this morning and I didn't give her any or any baby food tonight (or her calcium). She's 14 1/2" and 180 grams. About 7 1/2 or 8 months old by my estimate (pet store dragon). Advice is much appreciated.
