2yr old beardie being lazy and not eating much

So my almost 2 year old beardie, Charm, is very lazy. He will sit around for about a week, then have a couple days of being active, before being lazy again. He still basks, and he's always on the warmer side of his tank except to sleep. He also has an issue with eating. He really doesn't eat much at all, yet he's not losing any weight and looks super healthy. Is it just possible that this is his personality? I offer him basically every insect option that is available. Superworms and hornworms are the two things he does eat but its usually 2 dusted superworms and 1 large hornworm every couple days. I very recently started offering discoid roaches but he seems more afraid of them than anything? Will he get used to them and eventually start eating? He also wont eat salad! My juvi beardie will eat literally ANYTHING i give him so my older beardies behavior has started to seem strange...

Welcome to brumation! The 5-8 weeks of torture all bearded dragon owners have to endure as their bearded dragons channel their inner Sleeping Beauty. :lol: It's perfectly normal, so just leave your beardie to sleep, don't press the food issue, and let him wake up on his own time.

If he doesn't snap out of it in a couple months or starts to visibly lose weight, that could indicate complications, and he will need to be taken to a vet. Most likely he'll be just fine, though.
