It depends on how loose the skin is. Is it just a little wrinkly on your beardies sides?
A little wrinkling of the skin is not so bad. Wrinkly/loose skin can be a sign of dehydration or malnourishment.
That's good that you are bathing him daily.
What are his temps in both basking and coolside?
What type thermometer are you using?
How much and how often is he eating?

He is a little guy! Since he is still fairly young I would bump his basking temps up to at least 105.
Do you offer him more than the 7 feeders he is currently eating 3 x a day? He should be eating alot more than 21 crickets a day. You can allow him to eat as many crickets as he wants in a 10 minute period of time 3 x a day. Are the crickets smaller than the space between his eyes?

As long as they are no bigger than the space between his eyes, then they are fine. You don't want them to grow or be too big, this can lead to impaction.
