I was reading the superworm thread and it said not to feed superworms to beardies that are under 15 inches. What about the micro sized superworms? Why would they not be able to eat them?

I have a large water dish for him that he could bathe in, but I have never seen him get in it. That's not to say he doesn't (the water wasn't clear when I cleaned it yesterday, but I don't know if that was from him or crickets) so I worry he doesn't get enough hydration as it is.
