How many days a week do your adult beardies get feed insects? I feed mine Dubai roaches and wondering how often he's supposed to have them now that he is an adult

I've always been worried because others around his age or even younger seem so much bigger!

He is approximately 8 months old I am guessing and he is just over 14 inches long (now he did have tail rot months ago and had a bit cut off but barley that much, not even an inch) I don't know how much he weighs though. Does he look okay for his age?

You can barley notice them but they are just like a white color or something it's hard to tell because they are so small. Haven't noticed any black worms. And I ordered the buffalo beetles (the cleaner crew) separately from my roaches. Didn't notice these worms or whatever until a while later

I also have buffalo beetles in the container but I've noticed that there are what seem to be very very tiny worms? Is this normal or how are they getting in there

I have two heat mats on my Dubai roach Rubbermaid container to get my adults to breed but it doesn't seem to be making the temperature go up at all. Am I doing anything wrong? Today I did notice that it did go up about 5 degrees but that has taken about a week!
