Hey guys, So I live in SoCal and the temps at night are starting to get cooler. like 54-40 cooler. My adult bearded dragons are currently in brumation but I was wondering if I should get them CHE bulbs. Will that disrupt their brumation? and if so, how long should I leave them on for? all night?

i have the same size tank and i use a 160 watt powersun bulb. i also have a really tall vine that can reach up close to the bulb and my dragon is able to move away from them as well.
