I feed my guy crickets right now, but i want to give him worms too. And my local pet store only has those three worms so, which one is the best for my 5' beardie. And i will only give them to him three times a week.

Im looking to order some phoenix worms and i don't know if they are hard to care for. What and how much do you feed them? How many will die when being delivered? Would they live a couple weeks with food until i feed them to my dragon? Do you need to give them water too? Any help would be great
