Are they reccomended? Do they work well? Anything I should know about them? Also, what are the vents used for, and do you have to use melamine?

Any updates?

My beardie has been "sleeping in" lately. What I mean is that he stays under his basking rock for an extra 30 min-1 hour after his lights come on...is this normal? Other than this his behavior is perfectly normal...

So tonight, ( and currently as I type this ) willie decided to shove his nose INTO my neck and snuggle up to fall asleep. I just found that extremely amusing. :lol: Anyone else have stories of funny or amusing sleeping habits of your beardies? ( whether in or out of his/her enclosure )

You might want to get an X-Ray just to be sure nothing is broken...other than that I dont know and im not sure about the x-ray

And just to throw it in, it is never a good idea to have sand in his/her tank. No matter the age, there is always the chance of impaction.

My beardie had stopped pooping daily, but every other day. This has been going on for about a week. He does not have any impaction as far as I can tell. Is this normal?

Is there anything about her that is slightly off normal? Like an obsession with a certain type of food, strange ( the good kind ) behavior, etc?
