You are probably ok with that size butter worm- they are soft, no impaction risk. Keep waxworms in fridge :D

How long have you had it? Has it eaten on its own? Can you hold the crix in your fingers or tongs for it? Will it eat some salad? Try baby food and crix in a bowl so easier to catch?

Can I feed Miller moths to my dragon? They are everywhere right now

Ive found the same thing, they hate it and try to get out and then just relax and drink. Mine seem to swim when they are about to do some major shedding. I usually let mine be in their tub (still near me!) while I clean their cage, so Im not staring at them. Works for the babies, my big guy...
