its 48 X 24 made from a single 4x8 sheet of birch plywood

the wood is treated both inside and out. outside with semi-gloss poly and inside with satin polycrylic the inside will also have a tile floor so nothing will get onto the wood underneath anyway.

ok so i cut it last night. used a circular saw with a carbide blade. one edge is a little rough so im going to sand it but other than that it worked out pretty well. Uploaded with ImageShack.us

ok made some more progress..... need to sand, stain and poly the new frame and molding. next step is to mount and wire the lighting fixtures and then tile the floor.

does the fixture need to be single pin or bi pin? or does it matter?

I was looking at the plans for the crossfire enclosure that had the plans to make the frame where the tracks sit that house the glass or plexi. I was looking to see if anyone had other ideas on how to do it? Thanks

ah ok thank you. im building a custom enclosure and have been to both lowes and home depot and could not find a 36" flourescent fixture for the T8 bulb. frustrating!
