Well guys this is a sad day in my household our pet beardie Ambush died today. We still don't know what cause it but he was very well taken care of. It looks like impaction may have cause it but we can't say for sure yet. He was treated like a part of our family. He will be missed. :(

Thanks guys. But I gave up on the roach room. It was just to hot in there I couldn't regulate the room temp properly. So all I did was raise the roach bins off of the floor and put the heating pad underneath now I get 85F-90F throughout the bins.

Hey Livey I thought of that a few minutes after I made that post and now my temps are ranging from 84.5F-92F. I'm happy with those temps. :blob5:

I'm thinking of spraying some of my wife's Victoria Secret's perfume into my bin to spice things up. LMAO

Ok guys I've got a problem I've ordered an additional human heating pad and even on the lowest setting the temp in my Dubia and Turks bins are still 104F. My question is are there any type of temp controllers I could use to bring the temp down manually. I don't want to order more types of UTH's...

Thanks for the response.The thing is I'm not feeding from it at all. I don't plan to feed from it until maybe 3-4 months from now.

Hey Everybody, Ambush loves dubia's he even recognizes the feeder containers he starts wall dancing :blob5: until I drop them in. He still won't eat veggies though he's only 17 weeks old so I guess thats normal. Almost forget he did eat 2 small pieces of Bok Choy then he ran away from it lol.

Once again after researching the net I've decided to bring this back to the forum. I have 2 bins setup right now a breeder bin with 42 females and 3 males and another bin with 200+Mixed dubias. Should I just put them all together for now until my colony is established or keep them separated...

Hey lively what roaches are you breeding? I'm currently working on a colony of Dubia's 42 females and 3 males in a breeder tank. And I have a 500 breeder pack of Turks arriving tomorrow from Ricks.
