Looks to me like he's just going for the easier target since he goes for the gutload after cleaning out the shells. Either clean up the cricket tank before you put him in or feed him in a separate container and drop the crickets in there. He should get the hang of chasing his food pretty quick...

I'm going to be picking up a bulk order of 500 superworms tomorrow and I was wondering how big their tub should be. Would keeping them in a 6qt sterilite be too small? Also, how long do Superworms live when in their larva stage?
