I prefer feeding silks as a treat every now and then because they are cheaper. Horns are good as treats aswell but they are 99 cents each where I work. Silks are 55 cents each.

If you are feeding at night, it is best to feed them at least 2 hours before to digest before their lights go out. So for example, if their lights go out at 9pm, the latest you will feed the beardie is 7pm.
