His tail has always been pretty dark... But I'm just curious if there is something wrong? It doesn't seem to bother the little guy.

okay, so in my year on this website i have heard of about a million types of worms. So in this thread i would like to sort out which ones are good staples, which ones are good treats, which ones i should never give him based on his age, etc. Personally, my beardie Dino is about 11-12 months old...

trust me those rocks are secure! It would take effort for me to knock them over! as for Chattanooga, there isn't much fun things to do as much as there is just fun people to be with!

New cage. Not completely ready. Hanging around on his hammock. His new favorite basking rock. still lots to work on! His heat temps are not where I want them, and I'm also looking for a background and maybe a camouflage colored blanket for his shelter area. Comments? Opinions? Ideas...

i wouldn't exactly call them marvelous ideas :lol: more of "all i can think of" because I'm not the most creative person ever. I have the rocks along the back wall heights differing along the wall. at one point it will come out into the cage a little more and he will be able to go under that...

i was going to use epoxy to keep em together but now I'm changing up the idea and theme for his new tank so I'm not sure what role in it the rocks will play.

I'm working on remodeling Dino's cage because i am about to transfer him ot his permanent home. I'm using a theme and was planning on putting a hard plastic toy in the cage... I'm wondering if you think the plastic toy would melt under the 105 degree heat lamp all day? I stuck it i his current...

haha thanks. his appetite still hasn't changed and the meds haven't affected him. I doubt he even needs the pain meds, but I'll be safe :) as for the change in scenery, it should be pretty good, but definitely not amazing, because i lack the artistic skill to make something amazing looking.

still just fine. getting his pain meds and antibiotics. I'm working on a present for him..... a change in scenery. I found a bunch of flat flagstone rock dirt cheap and bought a bunch of little pieces and I'm attempting to build him a nice home/basking area

i have some fast drying epoxy, and plan on gluing real rocks together for Dino. is Epoxy safe to use around animals????

okay sounds good. how long does it take for that to dry? it's okay for Dino to right? is that probably the best option?

yeah thats crazy. I'm glad i caught it in the first 2 days, because as i see other people's pictures i see beardies missing like half of their tail. Thank God Dino only lost 1/4 inch, if you didn't know he had it cut off you wouldn't be able to tell

nope, but i gave him all of dino's measurements and told him how far up the infection had been

i must say for all of the people on this website 3 is a pretty wimpy number compared to the hundreds who should be responding... "I LOVE MY BEARDIE! IT IS THE BEST PET EVER! HOORAY FOR BEARDED DRAGONS!" :mrgreen:
