So I ordered the bulb and fixture in picture attached. In the 20 gallon tank I have, do I place this on top of the mesh top or do I need to mount inside the tank? I also ordered some strawberry banana flavored calcium powder with D3 to see if that will entice him to eat. It's flukers brand.
