I'm trying to figure out if this is pre shed or tail rot? She's only shed once since I've had her. I've had her for about a month. She's roughly 9-10 inches long, and has doubled in size basically. I'm praying her tail is about to shed but more and more tail day by day is turning that grey color.

I have gave her a bath in just warm water the past 2 days. Should I get some shed ease? Or will just water suffice?
