I have 100 MG allopurinol how much should I gIve him?

My boy levi has gout. He has hard spots on a few joints now but I've been giving him tart cherry extract and silkworms. I can order allopurinol on 1 800 petmeds but it's for dogs. I can't afford vet bills and this is all I could find please help
