Ahbd is probably right as per usual, but you could look into F10 products. Not sure if they kill yf but I'm sure the manufacturer could tell you if you give them a call
Perhaps you could try rearranging the whole cage setup for some enrichment. Add more things to climb, a dig box, maybe a big water bowl? Has she ever been outside?

Mulch and wood chips should never be used. They pose a serious impaction risk. The same goes for calci sand. If you would like to use a loose substrate, a topsoil and play sand mix is your best bet.
However, I do not recommend this unless the rest of your husbandry is spot on.
Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn't. My best advice is to provide ample room if you are going to keep them together. A lot more room than you think. Your best bet is to build a large enclosure yourself while also having a second one ready in case things go downhill.

Unfortunately there isn't much we can do. You can try supplementing with serrapeptase (sp?) to ease pain a little bit.
If your dragon is in pain it is probably worth taking a longer drive to get to a vet sooner.
