I noticed that my Rep-Cal Calcium powder has an expiration date on the back. Is this Rep-Cal's way of getting me to buy more calcium when my container is still half full or does the powder actually degrade over time? Thanks for your replies!

I realize that UVB coil/compact lights are not good to use, but what about non UVB coil lights to provide light without heat on the cool side of the viv? And by non UVB coil I mean the fluorescent coil type of household lights.

I have never used them, but I think as long as you rinse everything off after you use the wipe you should be fine.

My girl gets really grumpy and doesn't eat much starting about a day before she sheds. She's back to normal within a day after.
