I realize this has been posted before, but those threads are old and the links on them are bad. Those of you that have a Rankin's... where did you get them? Are there any viable websites of Rankin's breaders? Not that I'm going to get one soon (I have a young beautiful beardie to look after)...

First the bedding. Sand can cause impaction and crushed wallnuts are very hard and can be accidentaly ingested causing impaction. Tile, paper towel, newspaper are the best substrates to use. As for the rest, i would see the vet for a checkup and voiceyour concerns.

Phoenix worms are already high in calcium and don't need to be dusted. Also they make a great staple food for your beardie.
