Yes, it is normal for them to not eat while shedding. Just give him some time to shed and he will start eating again after he sheds. Just keep giving him warm baths to help his shedding and it will be over before you know it. You can also take a baby tooth brush and lightly rub it on him to help...

Try some other types of greens like dandelion greens and mustard greens. Mix them up in a bowl and leave them in the cage. You can also try dusting a little calcium on the greens (Pascal loves the extra flavor and actually licks the calcium off the greens).

Hi! I'm not sure if there is a right or wrong way to feed your beardie. I can explain how my system works. I feed my beardie every morning after his basks for an hour. I take about 10-20 crickets at a time and put them in a bowl in his cage. I let loose about two at a time so he can chase them...

His tail has never looked this way before. His tail is usually fully vibrant. So this is not normal for him. :study:

Okay thanks guys! I definitely won't try superworms until he is 16 inches. I am going to try out some dubia roaches and see how he likes them. Thanks again for everyones input. :blob5:
