Good call on the not going overboard, I think that was my first problem. Spent way too much time planning and thinking. Its best to keep it simple then when you get tired with the one you made, then can try a more advanced one.

I use Rep-cal Calicum with D3 and Rep-Cal Herptivite Multivitamins. Havent tried anything else.. Let me know how the Repashy works out for you.
