    little orange dwarf dragon

Oh she has been isolated with the smaller slower growing babies but I moved her to a bin about the size of a 20gallon turtle tank as she actually is a more aggressive eater than the dragons of her size. I was more worried about her brothers and sisters getting hurt by her. She is a great eater...

    little orange dwarf dragon

No it was an accident. It is recessive as far as I know. I don't know much about it, I hadn't gotten any up until now. I will let you know as she grows how big she gets etc.

    little orange dwarf dragon

Yeah, that would be funny. She is growing just as fast or faster than her clutch mates. I will get new pictures up of her soon. I want to keep her she is cool.

    Egg Problem - Urgent

The best thing to do would be to take them out of the enclosure she layed them in and put them in a bag and put them in the freezer. They, from your description, are most likely infertile anyhow but this way you make sure. Even if they were not it is a huge undertaking to care for them as they...

    Egg Problem - Urgent

Yup those have to be eggs, they would be at smallest, even if infertile and undersized, a bit bigger than a peanut m&m. But that would be what you have. I have pictures on my website in the gallery area. And also, a male in with a female will continuously breed her until it stresses her out to...

    little orange dwarf dragon

Oh yeah she is doing fine. She eats quite a bit and is very calm, likes to be hand fed collards. Basks and does everything just like the others in her clutch. I have seen other people who have had "dwarf" dragons before, pretty much it is just like any other just with a smaller torso and a bit...

    Egg Problem - Urgent

tough to tell for sure without seeing it or being there but I can tell you this, I had eggs hatch out a full two weeks after they started piping and the last one was sixteen days after the first. I had one little one who I thought for sure would not make it but it popped out a full 4 1/2 days...

    little orange dwarf dragon

This little guy just hatched out this week, thought you guys would enjoy seeing a picture of the little one. I have seen a few "dwarf" dragons here and there in the last year so I wanted to share a picture. Little torso and extra small size, cute little dragon. :D

    my IzzyxDiablo baby pictures

I use small bins which are 27.5x18.5x9h they work well for the first few weeks but I move them to larger ones as they grow. I use either 40w floods (be carefull these get very hot) or 75-100w basking bulbs. Whatever it takes to keep the temps correct. They have bins comparable to...

    my IzzyxDiablo baby pictures

Samleo, yes I keep my babies in "baby bins" which are manufactured by rubbermaid. They are easy to clean and sanitize. You can use paper towels as a bedding but I don't as the crickets hide under the towels and make "hunting" harder on the babies. Home Depot, Walmart, Lowes all carry different...

    STUART TAKEN BY HAWK

Frank, sorry to hear about this I have heard a similar story somewhere else. I live near the water and we have Hawks everywhere around here. I only take my boys and girls out to bask in little boxes I made which have protective wire tops and a hide area, and I actually don't even do that much...
