I have the arcadia 36 inch mounted inside and its about 15 inches from my dragon's back..Not sure if that is close enough..The basking spot is about 105 and the cool side is around 75 to 80..It is the zen habitat..Thanks Copper
I have the arcadia 12% tube 36 inches in a 4x2x2 enclosure..It is mounted under the screen inside..I have newspaper under the flooring and i have noticed they turn yellow..I am concerned if that means the uvb is to strong.. My dragon is about 16 inches below the uvb when basking..Thanks
I have silkworms on order..He use to really eat the bsfl and dubia that i breed but he hasn't touched those lately..His weight is good but he is not as active. Might be time for a vet visit if he doesn't soon improve..
After moving my dragon to the 4x2x2 enclosure from 40 gallon he is not eating much..I know it can be stressful making changes..This has been going on for over a month..He doesn't have parasites and will still eat hornwoms and supers which i only use as treats..Stopped eating his salad..Is...
I saw someone that had a way of gradually turning the basking and uvb lights on..it was the neatest thing..Does anyone have information on how that was done? thanks
I would love to be able to use the uvb fixture i have now..I paid a good bit for it..The arcadia bulb isn't out until june..If it covers half it seems like it should be ok..How did you hook the fixture? Thanks
Thanks Karrie...Can i ask what wattage basking bulb your using and what size uvb? I have the arcadia t5 in the zoo med fixture in my current 40 gallon but wasn't sure if it would be long enough..
