Anyone know of a list of all the feeder insects that a bearded dragon can eat and the frequency of which to feed? I know silk worms, dubia roaches and crickets are safe staple, but what else? My chameleon eats a variety of things that I have not tried on my bearded. Thanks!

Nacho is doing great! It's spring break here, and I felt comfortable enough to take our daughter to the ocean for a couple of days, and had someone stay at the house to take care of my three guys. We got back this afternoon and he is doing so good. He has energy and is hunting his crickets...
