I agree, the clothing trick totally helped with bonding. Try putting your hand in the cage for five minutes every day for a week or so. Take it slow. Good luck! :wink:

I was hoping to convert an old chest I found in the garage into a cage for Sheldon. It is 4ft long 16in tall and 18in deep. Is this too small? I know that it's long enough, but is it deep enough and tall enough? Also, should I coat the inside with anything or keep the wood as is? Thanks :)

Thank you so much for the help, it turns out that the uvb light was 6months 1week old so I got him a new one. I also changed his bulb so the basking log stays at 105. Before it was at about 98. He immediately stopped doing that weird nap thing. He eats maybe 40 small crickets (smaller than the...

8 INCHES!!!!!!!!!! HE IS EIGHT INCHES!!!!!! Oh my gosh, he is so big! I have now had him for three months. :)
