How about filling them with flax seed instead of rice? I've heard it retains heat longer and can be reheated over and over without losing heat.

If she is eight months, how long is she? My Drago is nine months and almost 15". Have you been offering her crickets?

Next time I can I will try to take pictures.

My mom seems to think that my Drago is a girl now. We noticed at about 5.5 months he had small little bumps on his back legs so I assumed it was male and has been since then. For some reason, she thinks Drago is a female because the bumps now, at about 8.5 months and at least 12.5 inches, don't...

So, I got Drago this Christmas, and he's 6 months in 2 and a half weeks, and last I measured him he was 11 inches long, and growing very fast! I had recently started giving him more pelleted beardie food and veggies, and less crickets, and last he was getting four, roughly inch long crickets a...

The light we have in there is a pretty bright light, but the red heat lamp isn't very bright. I figured it was better because it's on constantly. I guess I should start dusting his crickets more often then. I don't feed him lettuce as much anymore, for veggies he gets these dehydrated veggies...

We got him from a breeder that has been working with herps and exotic pets for 20+ years and breeding beardies around for 10 years. He gets mostly live food, and the crickets are on cricket food, and today when we went to buy more crickets we bought some cricket feeder gel and like a pelleted...

He likes his veggies <3 Can they get sick if they get too much of that calcium supplement?
