Not sure if using freeze dried crickets as a stable would be a good idea. Why dont you try putting your beardie in another container such as Rubbermaid tube or a box and drop the crickets in there. That's what I do because I had the same problem with the hiding and chirping all nite.
As said ubove it looks like relocation stress. As long as you keep offering it to him he should eat. I wouldn't worry to much at the moment. Just keep tring. Best of luck!
