can you use glue instead of grout to harden the structure....like probond by elmers. or can you use that before you use the grout. the nearest home improvement store is approx 40 miles from me and gas is expensive, so i was wondering if i could use something found in walmart instead of grout...

That looks great. I just love looking at pics of these because everybody has different ideas for them...there is a lot of self expression that can be put into one.

What type of grout do you guys use to make the faux rocks? Also do you cover the styrofoam with anything before beginning to grout it? Lastly, what consistency do you make the grout to spread it on easily? I am working on making my first rock wall and am unsure on these things.

I want to build a large rock wall for my beardie cage, but I do not kno how much floor space I can eat up with it? Is there a minimum amount of floor space needed in setup?

i kno some of you feed hornworms. What are they? What do they look like? Are they a healthy feeder? I am looking to introduce some different feeders into my beardies mealtimes. Is there a certain size a beardie should be to eat them, or a size the worm should be?

But it makes me wonder if I have not done so good with trixie. Since she hasn't grown as fats and has never eaten as good. She eats enough to poop every day...about 30 worms and only if I hand feed them to her. And her growth is much slower.

I understand the missing toes or tail nips however when they are missing limbs...like full out legs, that is getting to be a bit much for me. I just was appalled by the ad. Of course I go to look for it again and it is gone.

So I was browsing craigslist last night and came across an ad giving beardies away for free because they have missing toes and limbs frim fighting with eachother. How aweful is that? I was disgusted by it, if he/she knew they were fighting then why leave them together. Isn't that animal abuse...

I am thinking of doing something similar to that...only making it a permanent area in her viv. Trixie is the only one that digs like that right now. However scully is only 9.25 inches so I wonder if he will start it in the future
