I've heard the average size for an adult ranges quite a bit. Anywhere from 16 to 24 inches is possible and they grow until they're about two years of age.

I'm looking forward to finding out what gender he or she is. I've been considering breeding them. They're a lot of fun and I have a good friend of mine who is wanting to take me under his wing and show me the ropes. I'm still considering it but it might be a fun experience. I like babies. :lol...
