Freeie,i was acyually thinking of my monitors temps...LoL.The beardie is slightly lower with a basking SURFACE temp of about 130-135.Air temp is lower. vickson420,he just ate a but load of dusted crickets,and i soaked him for a while.Then put on anti fungal.He's alright but certainly not good...

He has been off dirt for a while now,so that has absolutely nothing to do with it.I put him on carpet a long while ago.He was at the vet about three weeks ago,maybe just a little longer.I'm not going to get in to a husbandry debate,but if you can help me get him better That's great. Jason.

He is about a year old,on reptile carpet.He was on dirt but when the illness hit i simplified the cage.He has a range of temps from 75-150,with the latter temps being just surface temps.The abscess was treated with anti biotics,and it worked for about a week.The huge scab fell off and i thought...

So,my beardie is doing horrible.He grew like crazy and was a blast to keep for a while but then he got the yellow fungus.I with the help of my vet treated the yellow and Coccidia he had,his appetite came back but the yellow also came back real bad.He just looks so pathetic now,obviously...

These guys grow fast!,I Can't believe how much this thing has grown in 3 months!.I got rid of the fungus too,it was real nasty before i got a hold on it,half of his side was rotting to pieces.It's healing nicely now,only one scab left and most of the spines on the side have come back. three...

I bought it on 7/23/08,and the bugger is growing so fast!!!.It was just a little hatchling when i got it.if you remember i am the one with the high basking temps(130) and a dirt substrate.I have since changed to indoor/outdoor carpet for a substrate since the dirt was not used at all,no dogging...

From what i have read they do not smell,and require far less maintenance than crickets.This company has info on all kinds of roaches. http://www.nyworms.com/

I was wondering what you guys thought of my feeding regimen.I Don't supplement as much as suggested because i am weary of over supplementation.I do calcium and a multivitamin about once a week.The reason being i gut load the crickets with a constant supply of greens,veggies and a high calcium...
